在這個住了2次酒店，不小心遺失了2次東西，打電話一開始的回答都是酒店裡沒有，第一次，我的蘋果充電器不小心丟失在了這裏，明確告訴他丟失再了這裏，結果給我的回答是打掃衞生的阿姨沒有看見，我想請問一個那麼大的物件説沒有，如果顧客丟失了東西，別的酒店應該都是主動給顧客打電話，説有東西丟失在這裏，但是這個酒店從未主動給我打過電話，都是我們一次一次催促，我打了特別特別多的電話，，才最後得到了我的充電器，這一次我丟失一個金戒指，我很明確的知道這個戒指在哪個位置，我12點退的房間2點多發現戒指不在手上，打電話打掃過衞生沒找到，每一次都是打掃衞生的沒找到，我真是服了，但是申明我們自己有問題，自己沒有保管好自己的物品，我們認了，希望大家以走的時候收拾好自己的東西，不要遺留在酒店，還有我以前住過的酒店都是會主動跟客户説自己丟失的東西，以後再也不住了，連鎖酒店，我真是服了

酒店房間很温馨，光照剛好合
適，不會讓人覺得刺眼和有壓力。
床品乾淨整潔，讓人很舒服，跑了一天躺下去就不想起來了。

入住時要兩張房卡説衹能給一張。我們説別家都是可以兩張房卡。客服説他們是加盟的。要兩張另一張要付按金。第一次聽説房卡要付按金。既然用了漢庭和華為會的品牌就要統一執行品牌的標準。一張房卡兩個人用要是一個人下樓沒有房卡電梯都乘不了。吃早餐時居然煎雞蛋下麪條要自己動手。要是小孩或者動手能力差的是不是就吃不上了。節省成本沒有這樣的。客户體驗是第一位。我們是華住會的常旅客，從來不寫差評。這家體驗太差，實在不吐不快。
