酒店位置很好，出門就是沙灘。房間比較潮濕，有黴味，可能是臨海都有的問題，接受不了就不要住了。服務很好，大堂經理和餐廳服務都很好。住起來其實也還不錯。另外，在廣鹿島推薦這種不帶三餐的酒店或者民宿，帶孩子也吃不了多少海鮮，完全浪費，在島上訂外賣也吃的很好。

環境挺好，院子挺好，離海邊很近，但是服務真的很難評！總找不到人，安全感有不了一點，隨便誰都能刷卡進屋，不敲門，而且還不止一次，女生住真的很害怕，客户禮儀要加強，來不來看自己吧，希望酒店可以更好

房間裝修啥的都還比較好，整體環境很安靜，不是那麼聒噪。月亮灣位置非常不錯，門口就是沙灘，也能去鎮子上吃飯逛超市。相比其他的酒店就是活動少但是安靜很多，其他的酒店能唱歌到半夜，個人並不喜歡。

整個價值就體現在海景和空間
衞生:馬桶都沒刷乾淨，夜裡身上癢癢
環境和設施:沒有洗手液，用的是十年前快捷酒店標配小香皂，洗髮水沐浴露根本不起沫，沒有電吹風，沒有洗衣房，沒有冰箱，空調遙控必須瞄準，重點是你是不知道目標在哪的 需要360度測試

圖片與實物完全不符的山景房！衹能看見苞米地，山尖兒子都看不見。前台工作人員基本沒得服務意識，大爺般的姿態。衞生條件極差，進屋一股發黴的味道。真趕不上前兩天晚上的民宿，至少衞生條件比這強百倍，
