The overall cost-effectiveness of this hotel is very high. It is a good choice. For more than 100 yuan, the stay was very comfortable. The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are worth mentioning. They really smell good. The room is clean and the glass of the 4 windows is wiped very bright. There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.

I stayed here a few years ago and felt it was pretty good, after all, it is a chain hotel. But when I chose this place again this year, I felt that the hygiene and facilities were not good, especially the bathroom. I don't know where the pungent smell of cigarettes came from in the room. I was very disappointed!

The hotel front desk service is acceptable, and questions can be answered promptly, but unfortunately there are too many questions that cannot be solved! When I checked in, I found that the toilet paper in the bathroom had not been changed. I couldn’t imagine whether the bedding was changed for each guest! Let’s talk about the bathroom. The water stains on the walls are obviously accumulated over the years and have never been cleaned carefully. The worst thing was that there was no water when we checked in on a hot day. We had to wait until the downstairs bathroom stopped using water before we could wash our hands, not to mention taking a shower. It was only at 1:30 in the morning that the shower water came. We simply washed up and took a quick rest, preparing to get up early to take a shower. At 6:40 in the morning, fearing that there would be no water again, the elderly got up early, but there was still no water! The hotel staff was unable to resolve the issue and responded: Sorry! Well, there’s no need to make things difficult for the staff, so I can only check out quickly!

酒店年久失修，衞生等各個方面都不好，停車場還收費！室內燈光就沒有一個亮堂堂的，床頭的燈衹是一個擺設而已！大家一致反應整體入住感非常不好！
