房間裏水都是開封的，沒敢喝，衞生間的房頂也掉下來了，隔音也特別差，只有牙刷，沒有梳子，而且酒店定位也不準備，最重要的是，我定的時候180元，但是當天入住衹需要 120元

酒店服務平台服務很差，我們6點以後下的訂單，到店後發現該店沒有自己的停車場，因出行8人都是60一70歲的長者，車要停到旁邊居民小區，有點遠，東西不好拿，所以提出退訂重新選擇賓館，和平台溝通不同意，理由是最晚過了下午6點鐘不可取消，但我們訂賓館的時間是下午6點以後訂的，前後也就半個小時，為什麼不給退呢，強買強賣嗎?這種做法合理嗎?要退就要扣每間房50元的錢，這是霸王條款！太差勁了。
