酒店服務很好 下次還會再來 乾淨衞生 大屏很贊服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題😁在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了

服務質量尤其不行，房卡不能直接刷樓層，要去14樓找酒店人員刷卡，另外辦入住居然把名字登記錯誤，搞得警察凌晨一點來查房。再就是老闆貪心，發票税點居然收15個點。

我不知道要怎麼形容我的憤怒。
1 我預訂的的大床房，因為酒店的問題房間沒了，一個勁忽悠我升級，然後被我看穿了，給我免費換了個圓床房，價格差不多。
2 就是想投影看個電視，投影不大，投牆上和大點液晶電視差不多。
3 最後一點 也是我最憤怒的一點，床上到處都是小蟲子，小蟲子照片忘了拍照，也沒想着在公眾平台來點評，這年頭做生意都不容易，結果一晚上蟲子壓根消滅不完，到處都是，就睡了一晚上，這是我對象胳膊腿上長的小紅包。太差了！

嚴重差評！因房間有味要求調房被前台一男的罵：你咋那麼多球事？？？？房間嚴重不隔音，半夜入駐的客人説笑把我們吵醒，起床後反應情況被罵被指責！！這種水準的服務人員是怎麼出來的？？？前廳負責人反應後也無迴應！體驗感極差！！

房間免費升級 依然不怎麼樣，畢竟年限太久，座椅上污漬太多， 衞生間玻璃也沒有收拾乾淨。晚上要了三瓶水， 有一瓶沒開封，早晨居然不讓退。服了， 攜程定的房還需要按金。
