設施：房間可拎包入住，如果打算在附近玩兒幾天更是首選，冰箱洗衣機廚具炊具一應俱全，適合全家出遊。
衞生：房間裏有淡淡的奶香饅頭味道，很温馨，床品一客一換，乾淨整潔，還貼心的準備了一次性馬桶墊。
服務：入住的時候已經是晚上了，雖然管家小姐姐已經提前發送了路線指引，但是夜晚給了初來乍到道路不熟悉的我們一些考驗，無比慶幸在找路的時候遇見了從房間裏幫我提前開燈後離開的管家小姐姐，小姐姐一路小跑着幫我帶路，還給小朋友送了趕海工具。入住指引非常詳細，管家小姐姐有問必答特別有耐心，房間電視還可以正常看衞視節目，對於愛看電視的老年人非常友好。
環境：小區出門右邊就是棋子灣大角公園，開車3分鐘，步行15分鐘，房間裏其實也可以看到大海，超大陽台簡直不要太爽，足不出户就可以欣賞美景。對了，這裏離嚮往的生活錄製地沙魚塘村蘑菇屋也不遠，大概幾公里。
