「這次入住非常滿意！從進門開始就感受到酒店的用心：大堂香氛清新，工作人員主動幫忙提行李。房間寬敞，落地窗視野很棒，設施嶄新（尤其喜歡智能馬桶和浴缸）。早餐種類豐富，現煮的咖啡口感很好。另外，酒店離地鐵站僅5分鐘步行距離，出行方便。細節到位，比如提供了免費夜床服務和迎賓水果。強烈推薦！」

房間簡陋，蚊子肆虐，讓我一晚上沒睡好覺。房間衞生特別差，洗澡的涼拖臟兮兮的，極度噁心。陽台的紗門推不動。預訂的時候是200多，最後付款時變成了340，電話告訴我説調整了房間，但是沒有多少價差，這是沒有價差嗎？我想罵人了。
這是我自從成為攜程用户以來，最差的一次旅遊體驗，從今往後，我再也不會住這種公寓了。

價格在景區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度非常好，值得推薦。到棋子灣高鐵站的時候已經是晚上10點了，不好打車，工作人員還安排了專車到高鐵站接的我，實在是太貼心了。公寓距離海灘直線距離不到500米，走路幾分鐘就到了，這邊的沙灘沙子超級超級細，踩上去很舒服，一點都不擱腳。非常好的一次入住體驗。

酒店環境很舒適，訂了房間進門之後內部的裝修也很棒，設施設備、床品都比較乾淨比較齊全，前台的小姐姐很熱心，服務很周到，房間微波爐冰箱洗衣機都有，第二天我衣服袖子脱線了，打電話到前台，幾分鐘就送了針線包過來，真贊。棋子灣景區交通不便，但是酒店可以租用電動車，解決了我們出行遊玩問題。
