這次入住不太滿意，晚上要睡覺時發現房間床單和床墊都有污漬，太晚了也沒有找服務人員更換，衞生間沒有電源插座，吹風機衹能拿到外面來用，衞生間不知道為啥有股子尿騷味，希望加強衞生方面的改進，前台服務還是很好，這也是一直選擇國慶大酒店的原因。

攜程代人預訂，含雙早套餐。結果年初一，入住人丟了早餐券，吃了早餐，酒店就一住不住的給我打電話、通過攜程給我打電話，要求再付款111元早餐費，讓人無語。

天氣不太冷房間地暖温度設定為30度，酒店經理自己能否來自己入住一晚體驗一下這熱情如火的房間呢！早上出去下午兩點多回酒店房間還沒打掃，問前台回覆説我們都是下午兩三點以後打掃！下午回來房間通道烏黑一片照明燈也不開，現在電力不夠用嗎？

1. 房間設施：房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適。床品柔軟，讓人能夠得到良好的休息。房間內的設施齊全，如電視、空調等都運行良好。衞生間也很乾凈，洗漱用品質量不錯。
2. 公共設施：酒店的公共區域設計合理，有舒適的休息區和大堂吧。
3. 服務質量：酒店的服務非常周到。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續高效快捷。客房服務也很及時，有任何需求都能迅速得到響應。
三、餐飲體驗
酒店的餐廳提供了豐富多樣的美食選擇。早餐品種豐富，口味也很不錯。餐廳的環境優雅，服務人員態非常好，酒店給我留下了非常好的印象。無論是位置、設施還是服務，都表現出色。如果有機會，我還會再次選擇這家酒店。
