My third night at this excellent hotel. Staff upgraded my booked room as compensation for the disturbing noise of workmen on my second morning. Coffee is an option for breakfast, unlike in other Chinese hotels, and fruit and eggs are plentiful.

Here for business, I enjoyed the perfect central location, the clean and spacious rooms with a superb view of the lake, and the steady internet connection.
But most of all, the exceptional quality of service: a team that was both discreet and highly responsive, meeting all my requests efficiently and greatly facilitating both my stay and my work here.
A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Luo Xuejuan and Li Xiang for their invaluable help.
I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in Changning
