A wonderful trip. The hotel is in a great location. It is located in the middle of the bamboo sea in southern Shu, surrounded by the beauty of nature. In the Yunran twin room I stayed in this time, the scenery outside the hotel window was like a painting. It is also an excellent place to escape the heat. The temperature at night is about 23 degrees, so you can have a good sleep without turning on the air conditioner. The hotel staff also enthusiastically introduced nearby travel strategies and told us the travel routes. It was a very satisfying trip.

過年期間入住，酒店活動豐富，早上跟練八段錦、晚上還有包餃子活動。期間客房有些問題，微信聯繫管家雲逸，都能及時響應並解決。蜀南竹海景區很大，分多個片區，建議自駕，遊玩更方便！

服務：特別感謝雲梵到的時候是晚上8點多山上起霧了按照地圖導航走目的地啥也看不見，打電話求助前台夜班小哥。他跑了好遠來帶我們，還貼心的帶了兩把傘。給我和我的朋友，然後我訂錯了房型雲梵也很耐心的幫我們調整還做了升級，總之這次的服務非常好 設施：感謝雲意，白天給我們做了指引去了動物園，還挺可愛的都是萌萌的小動物。但是2210房間窗簾的電機壞了拉不動需要手動拉上。 這回去主要是去過生日順便帶朋友去散散心的。

房間有地暖，可以抄心經，房間比較大。在湖旁邊，空氣清晰，環境優美，服務很棒。
