酒店非常棒，環境衞生很好，服務也很熱情。管家雲靈服務非常到位，從下車接行李到送入房間都非常温馨。酒店很有禪意，讓人感覺很放鬆。而且還有泳池，孩子非常喜歡！文創產品也不錯，走的時候帶了幾樣送朋友！

很少主動點評，但這家真的性價比太低了，這個錢在市區住五星級都綽綽有餘了，在景區住個民宿也認了，關鍵是服務管理很跟不上，更談不上民宿該有的人性化服務。辦入住前台管理混亂，完全不問入住需求直接給亂安排房間，入住後也沒有任何服務可言，然後整個硬件外面看着是不錯的，但房間裏面的設計就很不人性化，連個掛毛巾的地方都沒有，實際居住感受很不好，反正不會再去了。

一次絕美的旅行，酒店的位置絕佳，它位於蜀南竹海中間，被大自然的美景所環繞。本次入住的云然雙床房，酒店窗外的景色如同一幅畫作。也是避暑的絕佳場所，晚間温度23度左右，完全不需要開空調也能睡個好覺。酒店工作人員也很熱情的介紹附近旅遊攻略，告訴我們旅遊路線，是一次十分滿意的出行

非常好的一家酒店，乾淨衞生整潔，房間比較大。住宿環境很好，臨湖而居。充滿了禪意。游泳池非常棒。早餐比較豐富。酒店餐廳相當好，菜量大，味道好而且價格比景點的餐館要親民。前台小哥哥好帥，而且待人熱情。一去就幫着拿行李。送的水果品質也非常好。下次來蜀南竹海還住這裏。

優點： 1.房間全智能挺不錯 2.工作人員熱心很友好 3.早餐的燃麪和雞湯麪好吃 4. 贈送的湯鍋味道很好，遊船很有意思，而且不限制時間 5. 手串門卡特別有創意需要改進的地方： 1. 電梯緊急按鍵鈴在關門鍵旁邊很容易誤按，應該是在右上角不易碰到 2. 早餐可以適當增加一點葷菜，現在是全素 3. 客房大廳過於簡單，顯得過於冷清
