非常驚訝的一次五星級酒店體驗，打開房間門，一股熱情的黴味味道撲面而來，細細觀察到如圖一：該地毯應該年過80並且多年沒做清洗，打開衞生間，哈哈哈不愧長江源頭如圖二：這是五星級酒店的自來水🚰，急着出門，沒做太多功課出門，晚十點多回到酒店，被告知明早停電停水，天！就連黃河之水都沒了😔聯繫酒店前台，被告知停電是電力公司的問題，酒店沒有辦法處理。

進房間門一衹大蟑螂迎接我們，緊接着一股發黴的味道撲面而來，那個地毯就像是二十年沒清洗過，一整晚失眠睡不着，那個枕頭高的也很難枕、床上也不乾淨，皮膚過敏一晚上撓，本來定了兩晚，住了一晚，第二天一大早就退房走了，簡直太差勁了、第一次住這麼差的房間，還有浴室的洗漱櫃子也是爛的，木頭都開裂腐爛了，年久失修的感覺，衞生間特別小

很意外的到了這個酒店，就像它的名字世外桃源一般，環境真的很好，服務很好，有温泉泡 ，雖然設施稍顯舊，但少了甲醛，然後周邊的鄉村環境真的很好，空氣很好，散步很好

所謂家庭套房，不過是在行政套房的客廳安了一張小床；卧室的衞生間、浴室、洗漱是開放式的，淋浴頭也是固定的，不適合帶娃；五星級酒店的早餐連咖啡機都沒有，早餐品種也很少，饅頭是硬的，小蛋糕裏還有冰……總之軟硬件都不行，很不舒服的假期體驗

1. 因為有婚禮，前台衹有一人辦理，人多排隊效率低
2. 前台説中午西餐廳可以用餐，到了西餐廳説因為婚禮所有廚師都去忙了，兩邊不統一，白跑
3. 早餐目睹工作人員把客人沒有吃完的水果放回取餐區，不衞生差評
4.客房服務叫的2個東西東西沒有一次性送齊，分兩趟
5.温泉更衣室很臭，燻人
6.行李託管沒有登記，不專業也不安全

好十多年前和孩子們一起去竹海玩，就住在這裏，當時感覺這裏太舒服了，從環境來説，好像峨眉山的紅珠山莊和她可以比較（當然她的名氣小的多）。再次來這裏，看見仍然還在，當即辦理入住。這裏的餐廳菜式豐富，關鍵是價格合理，都有點不相信是五星級酒店的價位，味道和份量都沒有掉價。工作人員服務態度認真親切，耐心細緻，真的是度假休閑放空的好地方，上幾張酒店周邊的風景，巴適吧！

衞生：很細緻，雖然環境有些年代感了但是內部衞生還是做的很不錯的，布草也很舒適。
服務：很細緻入微，雖然是小長假出行，也在房態允許的情況下儘量協調了景觀很好的房間。
設施：有老樓和和新樓，標有豪華**的房型就是新裝修過的。但是感覺老裝潢的房間也很不錯，房間很大，陽台景觀也很好。
