There was no robot last time. The hotel did a good job in this regard. The follow-up service makes us feel more convenient. Very high-end and very affordable. The best thing is that it is pet-friendly. Such a good pet-friendly hotel, this level of conditions, and super high cost performance are simply amazing. And convenient parking, direct elevator. There is a food street around, which is convenient for dining. It is even more convenient and fast to the highway entrance and exit. The hotel also gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was quite delicious, with my favorite bacon, fried eggs, egg tarts, and sausages... This is an ideal hotel for self-driving tours with pets. Highly recommended.

Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.

It was my first time staying in this hotel and I could enjoy three meals a day. The staff was warm and helpful, and the check-in was fast. I was also given an upgraded room. There were drinks, coffee and black tea available for order on the first floor. The laundry and gym were free and very convenient. The room facilities were complete and the lighting was good. There was a KTV on the second floor, Kangyue on the sixth floor, and a Hunan restaurant on the fourth floor. It was very convenient to travel and eat. I highly recommend it to everyone!

It was a clean hotel and the rooms were quite comfortable after a long trip down from Shanghai. The staff were very efficient but were unable to provide the foreigners registration form that my school needed for my visa. I would highly recommend it though otherwise. Breakfast was very good! Thank you!
