Great hotel, good breakfast, recommended for business travelers

Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing )
Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman.
Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere.
Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly
