We switched to another rooms as there was quite a strong cigarette smell but the receptionist was friendly and helped us change without a problem. The rooms are spacious but we found some hair strains throughout the room... :/
Shuttle service on time and well organized. Would stay here again as value for money is good. Entrance as the picture shows, in building A2, behind building A3

【U】Special car 24-hour pick-up service. My partner and I arrived at Changsha Airport at 4 a.m., and the driver came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Airport pick-up is very convenient.
Facilities: The holy stones are very complete and the equipment is very new.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy.
Service: The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good and she helped me take my suitcase to the room.

The boss has a pick-up service. He came to pick me up as soon as I called. It was so convenient. Check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very bright. The price was really good value for money. The boss also asked if I wanted it delivered to the subway entrance the next day. It was so considerate. The facilities were complete and the towels were all disposable, which was convenient and clean. Except for the sound insulation, it didn't make much difference to sleep there for a few nights. This service was really good.

From the pictures, there is water in front of the hotel and the floor is not high. The key is that it is newly opened and the price is not high, so I booked it decisively. Later, the hotel offered free subway pick-up and airport drop-off, which was even more touching! The room is decorated in the style of a budget hotel, but the materials used seem to be better.
