The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. The breakfast was delicious 😋, and the laundry pick-up and return service was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend it, it was really good!

The accommodation environment is quite good. The hotel is very close to Mango TV, so you can easily visit Hunan Broadcasting System for a photo op. Window of the World and Sea World are also nearby!

The location is great, right opposite Mango TV! I really appreciate the ample underground parking, and there are even charging stations! Plus, there's a free laundry service, thanks to the auntie who helped me!
However, the room's cleanliness could be better. The wooden floorboards are loose, causing dirt to show through. I hope this can be improved!
Late check-out until 2 PM: This service was a nice touch! But the front desk staff lacked enthusiasm. Aren't Changsha girls supposed to be warm and fiery? Why was the customer service so cold?
