還是連鎖品牌，衞生十分糟糕，洗臉盆有好幾根長頭髮，茶桌旁邊的地上有垃圾袋，這麼明顯都沒發現，根本都沒打掃乾淨就讓客人入住了，和前台反饋一下，態度很一般，三樓KTV，噪音很大，影響睡眠，整體來説非常失望，有件衣服晾曬忘了收了，到現在也沒人聯繫我。

實話講，維也納我也住過不少，這家真的是稀爛，前台服務態度差，那幾個前台可能是沒經過崗前培訓或者是老闆的親戚，這樣的工作態度也混的下去。房間設施就更不用説了，老長蘑菇了，牆壁也發黴了，我住的還是高級房，要是標間就更不敢想象了，早餐廳也是不敢恭維，望大家避坑。
