Very nice hotel close to the airport. The room is clean and spacious, I was really impressed with the service, it was great . Although the hotel did not have a scheduled shuttle to the airport at the time we wanted to leave, the hotel receptionist called us a taxi and the hotel paid for it
Overall, if you have an early flight, it is a great place to stay

This is the second time I have decided to stay at this hotel in a short period. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-organized. My kids are sensitive to smells, but so far, we haven't noticed anything unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it.

The front desk service is more warm and thoughtful, because I am not familiar with Chinese. The little sister helped me to fill in the address of the delivery, and then Mr. Robot delivered the takeaway to the room. It was very good. The robot is very cute. China is very good. The front desk is more polite. It helped to delay the check-out time for free. It is considerate. The room facilities and equipment are very good. I will come again next time. The room is warm and comfortable, the space is also large, and the slippers are of good quality, especially breakfast and pizza. There is q dan de and very much felt at home

The service was excellent. The hotel provides free airport transfer. The receptionists were also very helpful and quick in helping me to check in and check out.

The complimentary airport transfers provided by the airport were a major plus point for travelers like us, especially since we landed after midnight during winter. The Winnie the Pooh-themed family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a play area, toys, and snacks for my son. The facilities were thoughtfully designed, with automation extending even to details like a night light near the toilet.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to the Changsha train station and assisting with booking a local Didi ride. One staff member went the extra mile by helping us load our luggage.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return for another stay!

Nice welcome and helpful sorting airport transfer out. Getting a drink wasn’t quite as easy as expected. Bought beer and was given it in cans in a bag, not a glass so I could sit and drink it.

I check in easily and enjoy the supper which is quite not bad.
However am a bit disappointed with the Aircorn which is I think centralise and it is almost autumn and I room is quite warm but luckily we have window.
So plus point for having a mosquito net which allow us to open the window without any worried.
