Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

The facility (gym and swimming pool) of the hotel is great but location is not good. It will only suitable for business trip to stay and not accessible to city and surrounding is quite bored. It is also far to airport....not recommended for short stay for airport transfer...will be regret. The breakfast is fabulous... If you pay by your own for travel, I will strongly suggest don't stay this hotel as you will pay for 5 star hotel fee but their service is terribly poor....the front desk attitude and knowledge to introduce their hotel and surroundings are not reach 5 star.....maybe only 2 star... The most unhappiness towards their front desk I asked in Mandarin but they seem reluctant to reply and act like I have no idea what I'm talking about. In addition, the front desk never and ever smile to us not matter check in or check out ..are we own them money or not deserve to stay in this so called 5 star hotel? This is really bad experience n nightmare for us to stay such high cost with no service hotel and keep saying this need to pay and that need to pay.....this is very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! We will reject to any Crowne Plaza hotel on the worldwide as they giving us the nightmare services. The front desk should learn from the bellboy with politeness, helpful and smiling to us..

On the morning of the check-in day, I received a friendly call from the hotel asking about the check-in arrangements and requirements. If there was anything left in the room, they would contact me immediately and help deal with it [666]. It was really great!

The staff members Xiao Luo and Xiao Long had a great service attitude. When they saw that we brought our children, they took the initiative to help get tableware and provide child chairs, which was very thoughtful. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping, and the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. This stay was a great experience. The children had a great time and we stayed comfortably. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come here in the future and will recommend it to friends with children!

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel was very clean, The staff and the environment were very welcoming. I had some trouble with my keycard and they helped me to sort it immediately. I enjoyed the breakfast and there was a good selection for different tastes. Overall the decoration was modern and comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the pillows are very comfortable. One negative is that there are steps up to the hotel which can be difficult if you have a heavy suitcase. The restaurant only serves breakfast.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway, and travel is worry-free. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are warm and pleasant, and the facilities are complete.
