As expected of the old Huatian brand, the facilities and equipment are complete and the service is very good. The staff are very proactive and enthusiastic. They also provide fruits and snacks in the room when you check in, which is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, no smell, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower water is very fast. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was on a high floor and was very quiet. The scenery outside the window was good. The rice noodles for breakfast were especially delicious, with many varieties and good taste. Special thanks to Xiao Chen. I left something in the room and contacted him as soon as possible to help send it out. Good review!

When we checked in, the front desk helped us upgrade the room to a suite, which was awesome! The Russian customers were all shocked hahaha! Hygiene: The hotel lobby and rooms are very clean. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk lady reminded us to rest early~ Facilities: The design of the bathroom sliding door is very thoughtful, I like it very much. The tea set on the table is also very impressive~ It's a pity that the time for this business trip was relatively tight, so I couldn't experience all the facilities of the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha!
