The room was quite comfortable, but it felt a bit far from the center. It would take quite a while to get to the May Day area, but fortunately the subway was nearby. The service was excellent. The hotel front desk was very welcoming from check-in to check-out. When I checked in, a manager named Luo even poured me a cup of hot tea, which was very warm. The housekeeper Kristin also helped to upgrade the room, which was very good.

This time I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Changsha, Tianxin, and the experience was very good. Manager Shen and Supervisor Fan from the Housekeeping Department paid a special visit to me and gave me small gifts. They also asked me how I felt during my stay. My experience was quite good. It can be seen that the room was cleaned with special care and the room maintenance was in place. Since the trip was delayed by one night than originally planned, I stayed for another night. When the housekeeping staff Lili cleaned and extended my stay, she paid attention to my hygiene requirements and specially added disposable toilet paper for me, and also left a note. I am very grateful to the Housekeeping Department for their attentive service. Next time I come back to Changsha, I will give priority to this hotel!
