I went to Liuyang for business some time ago, and I chose Hilton Garden Inn casually. I didn't expect that this accommodation experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and reminded me of the nearby traffic conditions when I checked in. They were very considerate. They told me that there was Cuiyuan Park next to the hotel for a walk, and the environment was good. The room was not as exaggerated and stunning as the pictures of other hotels on the Internet, but it was clean and tidy, the bed had no odor, and there was no water stain in the bathroom, which I was very satisfied with. I wanted ice cubes at night, so I called the front desk. The staff Taotao delivered it quickly and told me that I could find them if I had any needs. The next morning, I overslept and missed breakfast time. I thought I could only go hungry, but the staff took the initiative to pack some bread and yogurt for me, which really warmed me. Although the hotel did not have luxurious decorations during this stay, the real service made me feel at ease and comfortable. Next time I come to Liuyang, I will definitely choose here again.

Clean room but there is nothing around the hotel other than it is near to Changsha South HSR station. I will stay at Changsha Station if I visit Changsha again but not Changsha South.

The hotel is newly opened this year, in the financial center, with a good location. The lobby is on the 34th floor, which is quite unique. The front desk is also very enthusiastic, and they helped us upgrade the room. It is very clean overall, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is self-service. I also ate noodles with Hunan people, which tasted really good. Next time I go to Changsha, I will choose this hotel.

The room setting is very weird. The sink is outside at the foyer. There's a shower room, and a toilet room. If u need to take a shower, u hv to take off all clothes a t foyer, and when finished, naked to come out of foyer to get towel. Not even a hook in the shower room. Plus the service ladies are all very pushy to ask u to take them, even knocked on my friends door at 11pm to ask them to give her a 'like' on website. It's a very weird experience. But they r clean and the washing machine, dryer r great. Breakfast has a lot of varieties too.
