Spotlessly clean. Excellent location, walking distance from railway station. Big room, very comfortable bed and good powerful shower. Advertised restaurant but didn’t exist. Cafe next door pretty basic but surprisingly good food.

I made a reservation on Ctrip using an upgrade coupon and a late check-out coupon. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not upgraded, and IHG members were not informed of the relevant rights and interests when I checked in. The counter replied I didn't see Ctrip's remarks, so they gave us a new room, 1209, in the side room. I didn't think it was particularly big, so I thought it would be okay if we only stayed for one night. At 12:20 noon the next day, during a video conference in the room, the receptionist called us to ask if we wanted to check out or extend our stay. We also asked what time we would check out. I couldn’t understand why we still needed to check out during our stay after using the extended checkout coupon. Why bother by calling? ! I wonder if there is no communication between Ctrip and the hotel, so the receptionist is in trouble. Won't stay here again.

The hotel is easy to find, very close to the subway station, and convenient to go anywhere. The only thing to complain about is the air conditioning. After breakfast in the morning, I felt very hot. I turned on the air conditioner, but I still felt hot after a while. I thought it was just turned on and needed some time to cool down, so I ignored it. I went out to play in the afternoon and came back. It was still very hot. Of course, it was also very hot outside at that time, so I didn’t think too much. I was directly woken up by the heat at night. I wondered if it was heating? The panel showed that it was cooling again, so I adjusted the temperature myself. I adjusted it again and again but it still couldn’t be reduced to 25°. It was too late and I didn’t ask anyone to check it. The next morning, I felt uncomfortable in my throat, dizzy, and had a nosebleed. I suspected that I was not used to the local climate, suspected that I got angry because of eating, suspected that I was playing in other places a few days ago, too tired, and my physical fitness didn’t keep up, and I didn’t doubt that it was really a problem with the air conditioner. I went downstairs to have breakfast in the morning and found that it was cooler outside than in the room? After dinner, I came back and looked at the air conditioner. It was 27°. I quickly asked the master from the engineering department to come and see. The master laughed and said that the panel display was wrong. In fact, it was still in heating mode. Just turn it off. Me:☹️☹️☹️ I came to Changsha for almost two days, and only went to a museum and Orange Island. I didn't go to other attractions. It was because this broken air conditioner treated me like a にほんじん and gave me a nosebleed. ☹️☹️☹️ In general, the flaws do not outweigh the merits.
