We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Its new ,clean and cozy. I liked the room ,new bathtub, a beautiful view ,(if don’t count the park that was under construction).The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were really good,a wide selection of food. Just don’t recommend Starbucks coffee there,its far different from original one.

Special thanks to Miss Lina at the front desk for her thoughtful service! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Lina eliminated our fatigue from the journey with her spring breeze smile. When checking in, she not only completed the formalities professionally and efficiently, but also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and the surrounding food map. When she found that we came with our luggage, she thoughtfully prepared a fresh and rich welcome fruit plate in advance. The sweet seasonal fruits instantly soothed our tired body and mind. During the entire stay, Lina always maintained a just right sense of intimacy. Every time she passed the lobby, she would take the initiative to greet us and care about our itinerary with a warm smile. Once when asking about the route to the scenic spot, she not only hand-painted the route map, but also reminded us to bring an umbrella to prevent rain. This kind of service details that treat guests like friends makes us truly feel the meaning of ”feeling at home”. When we checked out, Lina also helped us check our belongings and carefully put the charger in an envelope to prevent it from being lost. Such a meticulous service attitude not only reflects her professionalism, but also shows her precious quality of treating people sincerely.
