This is my second time staying in the hotel. The hotel facilities are complete and the butler service is great. Yuna and I added each other on WeChat. She helped me with laundry and invoicing by sending a message. She also gave me an apple when I checked out. It is worthy of being Hilton. I have nothing to say [smiley face][smiley face]

The lobby manager was enthusiastic and took the initiative to add WeChat to facilitate problem solving. The welcome fruit was so small that two people had to discuss who would eat bananas and who would eat cucumbers. The room design and facilities are really high-end, but there may not be any guests staying there yet, so there are some small facility problems, and it seems that they have not been carefully inspected. For example, when I was getting ready to go to bed at night, I found that the bedside background light could not be turned off, which alarmed the two managers. They kept apologizing and asked me to change rooms. Considering that the luggage was completely scattered, I just needed to turn off the light before going to bed. I really didn't want to bother. In the end, it was the electrician who handled it. A cute gift was also given as an apology when I checked out. The breakfast was quite rich and there were not many people. It's a pity that such a large hotel cannot provide full meals, but it's still cute to have a small robot help deliver takeout to the room.
