I generally liked the space, the price, and location. But the bathroom continually leaked waste fumes from the pipe. They said they fixed it when I complained (were responsive), but the problem didn't get much better. It needed a bigger fix than that.

Pay attention to safety at night and change into plastic slippers when entering the bathroom. Don't wear paper slippers, otherwise it will be very slippery.
