Best room in this building
This is our second time that we used to stay here with 3 rooms
But on the second time, one room has a problem with the toilet after we check-in, later we noticed to staff and she changed the room immediately with out any excused and the new room was surprise

Couldn’t find the hotel as the location instructions were unclear (it was in a building, located up on the 8th floor) and couldn’t reach them. We were unable to call using our foreign phone number but this was also the only hotel that had this issue. Spent 15/20mins trying to find it. The entire room smelled like smoke the whole time we were there and there was nothing we could do. Even the sheets and pillow cases smelled like cigarettes. Apparently the ventilation in the entire building is connected and smoke from other areas would come though from the AC and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was a painful night to say the least. Reception told us that she can move us to another room or give us an upgrade the next time we come back. Safe to say we will not be coming back. Overall, will not recommend.

The location is really good, close to everything. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station, and it's easy to find (remember to go to Exit 2A to get your luggage before you can take the elevator up). It's a short walk to the business district, so it's not in the middle of the business district and not too noisy. The housekeeper's service attitude is also very good, and the hotel facilities are relatively complete. (Small suggestion: you can prepare some children's toiletries and disposable slippers)
