MEISU FUNGEE Hotel South Martyrs Park- Hunan Museum Metro station, Changsha

It's rare to give a hotel a bad review. But it’s really not good in every aspect. I chose this store because of the free parking, laundry service, and good location. As a result, the parking spaces were full when I arrived at the store in the afternoon. Later, according to the suggestion of the hotel staff, we parked our car in the Yingbin Building next door. At 11 o'clock in the evening, we received a call asking us to move the car. This is still barely bearable. I thought I would stay for a few days and then leave, so I just tolerated it. But as soon as you enter the room, the door creaks whenever it is opened. Even when the children are asleep at night, the door cannot be opened or closed because the noise is very loud. Also, the room was not equipped with the children's toys written on the hotel introduction page. Instead, a dirty and deflated ball was put in the room. I don't know what that means. If you are really angry, it is better not to let it go. Then there was a strong smell as soon as I entered the room, and I didn't know where it came from. The most annoying thing is that we set the time for washing clothes, but the hotel staff kept changing it to 15 minutes, which resulted in the coat not being clean at all after washing, and it was covered with traces of detergent. The child's pants and socks were still dripping with water after washing and were not clean. Why do you always touch the guests’ clothes? It’s obviously not enough to wash it clean in 15 minutes. So I would rather check out and stay in another hotel. I've stayed in so many hotels and there's nothing like this. It's really outrageous. There are so many shortcomings.

The room is spacious, well-equipped with facilities and equipment, and there are toys that children like. The transportation is convenient. The subway exit is 100 meters away. The butler service is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is convenient and abundant. The room price is reasonable. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that the bathroom lacks ventilation and has a musty smell that needs to be improved.
