3號入住到5號退房三天兩晚的時間房卡都是一直刷不起開不了房間門 每次外出回房都要打前台電話 前台在叫工作人員來給我開門 小孩子每次回來都是急需上廁所 但是把前台打完電話 等工作人員來又要等幾十分鐘 真的很氣憤 最好不要選擇這個賓館 大家可以避雷 房卡刷不起開不了門一直未得到過解決

這個酒店真的就是“陋園”，非常簡陋，衞生非常差，馬桶全是污漬，天花板還漏水下來，進門一股味道，非常差，極度不推薦！！！

前台小姐姐服務非常好，給個五星好評。
早上到達的火車，12點未到，前台直接就給安排入住，必須點贊👍
回程是晚上的火車，前台小姐姐又貼心的給安排了行李寄存。

地鐵培元橋出來大概需要步行十分鐘左右
來的那天下雨辦理入住前台就一個人
而且一直在打電話處理情況
等了十幾分鍾也沒一聲招呼
明明聽到隔壁休息間裏有員工在説話
就任由四五個人顧客前台等着
而且辦理入住也沒有任何笑容服務
辦理住宿需要交納300的按金
現在都不習慣了 不過可以付款寶
最後退房查房後可貴
説説房間吧，很老舊被子比較硬不是很舒服
浴室洗澡沒有防滑掉 淋雨拉門的防水條都掉的掉
爛的爛，洗個澡和水漫金山一樣太可怕了

還行吧中規中矩的酒店，地理位置還不錯，去哪都比較方便，門口有公交車，坐地鐵走十分鐘到各大景點還比較方便。房間隔音還行，晚上也不吵鬧。酒店設施比較老套空調聲音較大，洗手間抽風換氣比較差。希望以後能夠更加改進。
