Very slow reception. Gave the room opposite to elevator. Later didn't understand my complaints at the reception , why I don't like this room. Room was ok. Special thanks for coffee bags. Very useful

這是一次特別糟糕的體驗！本人亞朵金會員：元旦入住，前台僅一位接待，要接電話，還要辦入住。行政房，第一晚燒水壺壞的，自動窗簾要手動去關閉！淋浴要開15分鐘才出熱水，洗手枱下水慢。最無語的是，安全鎖是擺設，單邊有，安全鏈條門上卡槽是反向的，工程人員改裝後發現鏈條太短！小程序吐槽兩次，第二日才回復！第二晚，空調在斷電後自動關閉，通電後不自動開啟！四扇窗中兩扇隱形窗開着，沒發現，被長不夠，半夜腳被冷風吹醒，其中一扇窗關不上！第一次住酒店挨凍！

酒店前台氿思，佑柒，夏柚，這邊需要安排離電梯近點，他們立馬給我們安排了，提出的問題都能用心解決，酒店雖在地鐵站一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨安靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。
