Bad review from the front desk. It was around 10 pm on March 20, 2024. The service at the front desk was too bad. Every time I come to Changsha, I stay at your house. When ordering takeout, the delivery person is not allowed to go upstairs and the robot is delivered. There is enough space downstairs. It took more than 20 minutes and almost half an hour to deliver it upstairs. The delivery man who was more than 10 kilometers away delivered it in more than half an hour. Is your robot so slow in delivering food upstairs and downstairs? How to eat when the rice is cold?

Environment: The surrounding area is quite messy. The hotel is on the 15th to 19th floors. The neighborhood is very high-end. There are cars at the door and the ground is very dirty. It is not suitable for business travel.

This is not the first time. Either there is no mouthwash cup in the room or there is no floor mat. The most basic supporting facilities of this hotel are always missing. I asked the trouble to send it over the phone. It took twenty minutes to start...it was just delivered. I said floor mats and then the bath towels were delivered.
