We found this hotel really great.
Breakfast, comfort, cleanliness, location, we unfortunately only stayed one night and didn't want to leave.
Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

The rating says it all. Did not expect much but the hotel is truly awesome. Friendly staffs, clean room, great location, kids friendly. Would definitely come back.

My stay was so enjoyable that I decided to extend it for another day. I highly recommend Jolly Hotel to anyone visiting Changsha. It truly offers exceptional service that's hard to find elsewhere.

I love that they hotels because cheap and very close to subway stations, we choose movie room. So romantic was and very good for enjoying watching movie by night, breakfast was delicious!!!

First impression was good, as the receptionist is friendly and the face recognition make the stay convenient, various staff like Employee No 2,6,8 are very helpful in handling our request, they go extra mile to solve our issue and request patiently.

No complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.
