This is the first time I have booked a hotel so many times that I feel that this hotel is terrible in all aspects. The reasons are as follows:
1. The hotel is located on an inconspicuous floor, and it took me a long time to find it.
2. The front desk clerk failed to swipe my ID card at first and asked me if my ID card had been degaussed. After swiping it several times, it still didn’t work. I had to choose to enter it manually (the fact is that the hotel system is too backward and there was a problem with swiping the card).
