Popular Changsha 4-star Hotels

My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.

The hotel is so beautiful, the view was amazing, the environment was so quiet and the sorrounding area was so good. Can even take an evening walk by the river. Enjoyed it so much

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Very convenient location for Changsha South Railway. Room clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and gym on 15th floor. However, I was shocked at the lack of sound proofing between rooms. As someone who had chosen the hotel as I had an early train the next morning, I was continually woken up through the night by other guests returning. You can even hear fellow guests turning on / off their light switches in the neighbouring rooms…

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

The hotel is located in the prosperous area of ​​Yuelu District, close to the gathering place of nobles in Changsha, and welcomes and sends off noble guests. The hotel 🏨 follows the urban light luxury route, which is luxurious and exquisite. I like the layout of the room. The dry and wet separation area and the shower area are independent and do not interfere with each other, which is both private and hygienic. The bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The toiletries are unified and specific, of high quality and high-end. There are many gym equipment and rich breakfast varieties, which are all unexpected surprises.

The hotel is located in the center and all is in walking distance. IFS the famous shopping mall and all kind from restaurants close by, the food is spicy but very delicious, I am every weekend in Changsha since we live in Loudi, we love Changsha

I came to this hotel through a friend's introduction. I feel it's pretty good. The service staff at the front desk of the hotel has a very good attitude and is very conscientious. They patiently introduced to me the places to play in the surrounding area, as well as the fun and snacks in the May Day Square. There is a Shawan Park nearby, which is also OK. It is especially suitable for taking a walk and taking children there to play. There are many recreational facilities. The hotel room is also very clean, the hygiene is very detailed, the room orientation is also very good, the room is very quiet, there is no noise all night, and the check-out time is also very humane. Check-out before 14:00 in the afternoon is very suitable for us who sleep late. The check-out procedure is very fast. Once the room card is given to the front desk, you can leave directly. It is very convenient. It can also be sent to the South High-speed Railway Station for free. It is very good. Next time I come to Changsha, I will choose this hotel

No complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. It is located close to Changsha South Railway station, relatively 5 minutes away. The hotel is completely new and the environment is quite comfortable. Furthermore, the staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Absolutely recommended it!
