The hotel facilities are complete and well-equipped, the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job, making everything feel very comfortable. The service is also excellent, and check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, with everyone being very welcoming. The environment around the hotel is great; it's very convenient for dining and drinks. There's a 'Ben Luobo Hunan Cuisine' restaurant very close by, just about a 10-minute walk. Across the street, you can find 'Cha Yan Yue Se' for drinks. The breakfast restaurant is on the 28th floor, offering a wide variety of options with a great design aesthetic, including Changsha rice noodles. The Changsha rice noodles are really good and worth trying, with many different types. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance!

My stay at Changsha Yazhi Hotel was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of the commercial district, and the subway station is just a 3-minute walk away, making getting around super convenient. The hotel's design incorporates Hunanese culture, and the 36th-floor sky lobby offers incredible views – every photo taken there looks like it belongs in a magazine. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning vistas, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart devices along with the wet/dry separated bathroom truly show quality. The breakfast was plentiful, and Leon's service was incredibly gentle and thoughtful. From robot deliveries to the butler's attentive guidance, everything was super hassle-free. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Changsha!
