Special car pick-up at the South High-speed Railway Station: The car was not arranged, but the hotel reimbursed me for the transportation fee within the city, which was very considerate. I was so careless that I left my wallet in the room and didn’t find it until I arrived at the high-speed railway station. I was so anxious at the time. I called the hotel and Xiao Li arranged for the aunt to find it as soon as possible, and asked Xiao Yu to help me send it to the high-speed railway station. I am so grateful to them. I will wish her hotel a good service next time I come to Changsha😎

Came to the nearby Dafeng Space to watch a concert. It's very close, just a five-minute walk. I was arranged in a room facing the street, which was noisy. If you like quiet, it's best to avoid it. I suggest that the hotel provide earplugs. The room is big enough and clean. Slippers are not allowed to be taken away. Takeaways can be picked up on the first floor, delivered by robots, or delivered directly to the door by the takeaway guy. Overall, it's OK, just average.

2 points for hotel service, 1 point for facilities. 1. The network was extremely unstable after staying for three nights. I was here on a business trip and needed to use the network for work on the last night. My computer could not connect to the Internet. I called the customer service at about 9:50 and asked them to send an engineer to take a look. In the end, no one came to help me deal with it when I went to bed at 11:30. Since they didn't deal with it, they just called me and said it would be an explanation, right? I had no choice but to connect to my mobile phone hotspot to handle the work. 2. There were many tourists during the stay. There were many people at breakfast in the morning. I couldn't find a place to sit with my tray because the table was full of leftover food and plates. Since you know that so many people are staying, you may estimate that you won't have time to clean the table, so why don't you send more people in advance? Some waiters walked around in the restaurant, but they didn't know how to clean the table. They had to wait for others to call them to clean it.
