设施：酒店地下一樓直達停車場，頂樓洗衣房健身房跟餐廳樣樣具備 洗衣房洗烘免費還有工作人員幫忙處理服務 超讚👍
环境：房間的風格是一整個木質調溫馨舒服的風格乾濕分離的廁所配上智能馬桶那叫一絕。電視配了一個超級大的藍牙音響 看電影聽音樂耳朵已懷孕了
卫生： 酒店一進門就有專屬的香氛氣味很好聞，酒店整體和房間都很新並且很乾凈！
服务： 每一個服務人員態度都很有善，主動給予協助
酒店的床跟枕頭很好睡 臨走還在前台買了兩個🥳

非常好 第一次來常熟閉眼選擇了排名第一的桔子水晶 果然沒讓人失望 非常新的酒店 設施服務都很好 早餐很不錯 那個紅絲絨卷太好吃了 煮粉的阿姨態度很好 洗衣房也很方便 總之閉眼選擇他們家吧來常熟的話

房間體驗一般。入住後剛上床就發現床上有蟲子，當時就非常不舒服。進入房間時還聞到一股味道，不確定是不是新裝修的緣故，但味道有點重。
樓上一直有聲音，不知道是在裝修還是什麼，隔音效果有點差，影響休息。
和前台反映了有蟲子的問題，工作人員態度是挺好的，也給了小禮物和優惠券，但我當場退房後提出退款，他們卻拒絕退款。
不推薦對衞生和安靜有要求的客人入住。

這次住宿太舒心了。從進門時前台遞來的熱茶，到房間裏一塵不染的細節，都能感受到用心。早餐種類超豐富，熱食、水果、飲品一應俱全。最驚喜的是隔音，晚上特別安靜，睡得很踏實。性價比拉滿，前台尹向榮，曹菲服務超好，退房還準備了離店水，很貼心[愉快]
