Simple hotel with good value for money. Make sure you get a slightly more expensive room with a window. Nice bonus: the room had a bluetooth speaker. Staff does not speak English as usual in smaller Chinese towns.

It blew my mind how friendly the reception and the staff during breakfast, how good the coffee was compared to anything of this price in China. It even made me ignore the stink of smoke in the room.
