The hotel rooms are old and the facilities are obviously old. Outside the window is an old city. Fortunately, the view is wide and you can see the square tower. 位置很好 常熟自駕自助遊優選，中國地方老牌飯店的共同特色，性價比高，能滿足基本要求。平時住慣連鎖五星會員之類的就不要看了。位置方便暫無可取代，服務意識還是有的，比很多旅遊景區旁的店要好很多，還是推薦的。

八十年代就開業的老牌酒店了，以前是國營招待所（當然後來也改制了），就在虞山腳下言子墓對面，曾經是高大上的存在，現在價格不貴體驗了一下，十幾年前的老裝修略顯陳舊，服務接待也都有點佛系，特別是因為中午室外氣温25°+加房間太陽西曬有點悶熱，發現空調不能用以為壞了，聯繫酒店説是他們統一禁用空調的，説這個季節不需要開空調，連通風功能都不提供，所以和孩子在房間悶了一下午，到晚上太陽下山了才涼快了些，第一次遇到不給住客用空調的大酒店，還有很多處裝修破損或設施老舊都沒修復，連毛巾散開了都繼續用，真夠節約的，可能為了節省成本躺平了吧，或是不是因為做商務或團體接待為主不大重視個人用户體驗。另副樓有游泳池和健身房，不過不能直接刷房卡進入，非要住客再跑一趟前台換紙票再來才行，裏面也找不到毛巾和茶水，衹好灰溜溜跑回房間再洗澡，和外面新酒店的用户體驗相比差距好大。

到常熟遊玩選擇虞山飯店的理由是就在虞山對面，方塔走走就能到，出行方便。酒店大堂乾淨、氣派，房間設施有年代感，比較舊。早餐一般般。

衞生條件很好，晚上也很安靜。早上有我心心念唸的扯篷豆乾。到河東街的網紅打卡點也很近，對面是虞山公園，總之出行方便
