The hotel is clean and hygienic overall. The front desk service is very good. They took the initiative to change us to a larger room. The room facing the community is very quiet. I slept well all night. The breakfast is rich and varied. It is very comfortable to eat. Overall it is great!

I was on a business trip to Changshu and might have to stay a few more days, so I chose this All Seasons hotel. The chain brand is very good in terms of environmental sanitation management. The staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the transportation is convenient. The overall feeling is good.

Hygiene: very poor
The sheets are relatively damp
The point is that the restaurant's plate hygiene is very poor. When I went to eat in the morning, I found that every utensil was dirty, and basically most of them had yellow dirt. The noodle cook said very harshly, "This kind of plate is inherently dirty." In this way, if it is not clean, the cleaning lady said, "Stop patting it," and then took it back for washing, but this happened to other plates and spoons. Very helpless.
When I responded to the front desk, I didn't seem to take it seriously. It’s no surprise!
