因長者在店頭街古宅院不方便，尋尋覓覓，找到這家，也是古宅院，很是欣賞，內飾和家居用品很有品味。服務員美女推薦了進出方便的客房，老闆人也很豪爽。
民宿地理位置好，長者推着助力車也能遛達到濟川門看江景，看古城門。延汀江邊的古城牆上、下一路都可欣賞到不同的古建和民俗，特別是客家人的對歌聲不絕於耳。
不論民宿的硬件，還是軟件，都強烈推薦。

民宿就在濟川門邊上古色古香的院子，景點都在周邊，出行特別方便。主樓、附樓兩種完全不同的風格，乾淨衞生，老闆很熱情，還可免費停車。

在景區裏一棟古香古色的房子，環境優美非常乾淨，老闆非常熱情，有回外婆家的感覺。出行很方便，門囗就是濟川門，夜景，燈光秀，遊船就在門囗。
