"Located in downtown Jinhai, it was not difficult to find, the hotel was very clean and the cleanliness of the room was very good. Especially, it was very nice because the room floor was warm with ondol.
However, the person working at the front desk seems to be a little old, but I would like to respond a little more kindly. ... I made a reservation on the trip and left a note asking me to do a high floor. Give me a floor.
The hotel itself was very satisfied, so I will definitely go here next time I go to Jinhae."

"The location was near the downtown area, so there were many restaurants and it was good. The room was spacious and the bed was in good condition. I was embarrassed because the bathroom was a door seen from the sink, but overall I was satisfied. However, the room with the washbasin was assigned to be broken, so one of the two washbasins leaked water.. It didn't leak badly, so I delivered it to the front desk when I checked out."

TTAEHOONOverall, it was a satisfactory stay. The room size was a bit small, but the breakfast was good, so I was able to start the day in a good mood. The cleanliness was also excellent, and all the spaces were kept neat and tidy, which was nice. Also, the water came out well, so there was no inconvenience in using it. Overall, I had a comfortable time!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here.
Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

YYohanaI chose this hotel as I was travelling to see the flowers at Jinhae, and just wanting a basic place to sleep at night. There was no hotel receptionist desk, and so I had a bit difficulty when I arrived and tried to check in (the owner doesn’t speak english so communication using internet call on how to open the door with codes etc were quite challenging).
It is petit as its name, and it had enough amenities, good quality beddings, so I had rested well. The bathroom was slightly smell like sewerage (as with any places in common) and it has no sink (vanity unit) for washing hands, brushing teeth etc so I had to do it with the bath’s shower 😄 but anyway it was not a big deal. Noises from the rooms next doors were quite loud and there were someone turning on loud music during day time (I think the neighbour). But it was okay because I was absorbing all sorts of local culture and the way they live.
Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk so it was convenient. Thank you for letting me to stay.

YYannBasically, it is quite good, with all the basic facilities that one expects to find. The room also provides 3 different cable wires for charging your phone, got wifi, and disney, marvel platforms. For me, this is really great. Oh ya, there got sanitizer! For me is really good too, because I'm consider a mysophobia, haha. There are also drying racks and water filters. There are also other basic facilities such as hair dryer, but I was not using it so i have no comment on those things that i din't use. The counter staff are also very friendly and know a little bit English. And it's really smoke free. What I'm most worried about is that some guests secretly smoke in the room, and it will spread throughout the building. Sound insulation is basically good? Maybe during the time I stayed, the guests around were very polite? But still the corridor sound can hear it if there is movement outside the door.
The disadvantage is probably just that some things are a bit old, such as stains on the bed sheets and some dust? And the shower head a little loose. . . But that's not a big deal for me. Although building seem like a bit old, but there's still have hot water and no sudden electrical shortage.
For my feedback suggestion is, maybe it would be better if the lighting brighter? Also, if there has a safety lock, and it will be more at ease, because as a solo traveler will have more worries

The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!
