Spa Hotels in Changwon

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

My friends came to Busan Jinhae for the three-day and two-night cherry blossom viewing trip for the first time. The boss was really nice and the service was great. There were many surprises and thanksgivings. Thank you. I really want to give you 100 likes👍. The service is good, the location and the bus are very convenient.

From the desk staff who meets from the beginning, the staff who prepare breakfast, and the staff who clean are very friendly. And my parents like it very much. The desk staff explains the most carefully even if you have many questions, the face is a smile. Check out is also pleasantly fast. I collected only the things I had to eat breakfast. Personally, thank you. I will definitely stay here next time.

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Kyungnam University. The surrounding facilities are more convenient. There are Lotte Mart and various hotels, surrounded by motels. This hotel is more formal, healthier and slightly more expensive than those motels. But it feels like it has been modified by the motel before. The breakfast is quite simple, but it is better than nothing. In short, the price is good.
