The only regret is that the hotel restaurant cannot order dishes, only set meals can be selected, and the taste is average. The service staff is polite and young, which is good.

We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

I chose this hotel for three nights during the Spring Festival. The price-performance ratio was too high when I booked it on New Year's Day. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, and there was a Dyson hair dryer. There was nothing to block the view from the hotel. I watched the fireworks for a long time on the fourth night of the New Year. The lobby was very cold, and it felt like there was no air conditioning, but the room was quite comfortable?

This hotel might be a nice big hotel in the local area. During the few days I stayed there, I saw several wedding banquets, birthday banquets, etc. The first floor is very lively. The hotel is quite large, but the facilities are old. The lighting in the room is dim and the decoration is old-fashioned brown. The angle of the TV display is somewhat magical, and you need to rotate the TV to watch it. The hotel's breakfast is outsourced. The overall service was not disappointing, but there was nothing impressive or satisfactory about it either. Chain business hotels of the same price or cheaper will be better in room lighting and value-added services.

The staff was really nice and polite. The bedroom was clean. The location is amazing, close to the old town and easy to go watch the fireworks at night, it's a must see. The tickets show that we got staying at the hotel was nice and fun. Worth to watch. The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there.
