房間寬敞明亮，乾淨清爽，挑高落地窗，開窗便是開闊的湖景，地理位置不錯，離太湖古鎮和黃金湖岸都很近，適合悠閑自駕，連住了三晚，以後還會入住。

房間好大，複式房型，兩張大床，很乾凈寬敞，樓下冰箱電磁爐洗衣機都有，自助入住很方便，周邊環境很好，房間正對着太湖，下次還要來住，體驗感太好了

房間衞生還好，自助式入住，無前台等，其他服務就不要想了，基本需求滿足。
讓人無語的是停車場地下一層無信號，沒有做信號覆蓋，我的車用app遙控，開到酒店下面沒有任何信號開不出去了。剛在長興萬達廣場地下一層停過，吃過飯回去的，沒有任何問題。晚上7點多到了酒店之後，熄火後車門鎖不上，後面發現也開不走。打酒店電話，剛開始前台説是車的問題。我剛好是搞通訊的，和他們説了是因為信號無覆蓋（拍了現場照片，沒有任何信號設備），然後他們説信號覆蓋是物業的問題，就是推脱責任。沒有任何信號，停車位距離出口就兩三百米的距離，因為鑰匙在外地，家裡沒人，後面我喊了拖車把車搞到地面上去。
拍了地下停車場無信號覆蓋的照片和拖車照片，還有錄音。差評，不接受任何反駁，一星都不想給。
基礎設施這麼差勁，出行碰到這種問題，真的很糟心。有出行需求經常用手機遙控的車主們注意了，避天坑。

非常滿意的一次入住，很少寫點評，這次是感覺非常好的體驗。首先位置很清靜，湖景房很nice，因為到得特別早，也儘量滿足讓我提前入住，雖然沒有正面湖，但因為樓層高，感覺還是挺美的。其次，服務很周到，恰如它的名字未來酒店，全程很少看到服務員，入住退房小超市都是自助的，但又非常便捷，是年輕i人喜歡的自由，沒人打擾。最後還得説説酒店設施設備很新，床很大，性價比在周邊來説較滿意的。我覺得下次選城市，自己開車的話都可以首選這家，值得推薦！

小朋友非常喜歡房間的格局造型，而且乾淨衞生、前衞流行，窗外和周圍風景也非常OK，緊挨太湖畔，距離幾個景區都很近，停車位也非常充裕。
