訂的商務大床房房，辦理入住後進門一看，是廁所對着床的房間，房間裏説有窗但其實是衹有廁所裏的小窗，和圖片介紹完全不符，不滿意遂聯繫前台，態度很冷漠被告知就是這樣的，後來強烈要求換了與介紹相符房間，前台女士冷冷的説那你不要嫌吵。進去一看原來房間隔音極差，外牆靠着樓下飯店的通風管道一直髮出嗡鳴噪音，外面走廊任何動靜也聽得一清二楚，確實是吵的不行，衹能硬着頭皮入住
説一下環境，房間小，設施很一般，馬桶有污漬，房間裏紙巾盒是破的，Wi-Fi連接也是非常不方便根本搜不到房間號對應的wifi。另酒店周邊是農田很荒涼啥都沒有，交通不便，去到太湖古鎮等景點極其不便根本打不到車，真實評價幫大家避雷，希望大家不要踩雷了

床單上不知道是什麼東西，看圖，其他的都還好。還有就是那個洗臉池上面的插座。熱水器的熱水那個是熱水哪個是冷水就不能標記清楚一點嗎

環境：環境也可以出行都比較方便離附近的遊玩景點都不算遠
服務：客房服務和前台服務態度都挺好的
設施：設施設備都還是比較完善的該有的都有

房間一點不隔音，前台電話打幾次不通，過道走動的聲音都能聽到，住了兩晚，兩天早上七點多有小朋友嬉戲玩耍，讓人沒法睡個好覺。

圖四商務大床房，結果圖1，2，3掛羊頭賣狗肉，後半夜空調外機跟轟炸機一樣，樓上呼嚕誰一清二楚，早上六點後面工地搬磚，六點幾分開始停電，跟他們理論，店家説自然因素跟酒店沒關係，請問我花了錢跟我有關係了，絕對黑心商家，千萬別去！

房間大小還行，衞生一般，空調很熱很熱，半夜熱醒，有好多蚊子，隔音巨差，半夜被吵醒，一個晚上沒有睡好，下次不住了
