In the evening, I went downstairs to watch the iron flower show, and then went back to the room to enjoy the joint show of fireworks on the lake and high in the sky on the balcony. The housekeeper Xiaoqi provides good service. There is a free tiger park in the hotel. The hotel is facing the ancient town and fireworks can be seen from some rooms. We drove ourselves, and the butler helped us enter the license plate in advance, which was very convenient. Living near the ancient town is very lively at night, the fireworks are beautiful, and it saves you the trouble of parking. It is a great living experience.

The housekeeper service is still very hard, but the hardware facilities are not something she can change. The service provided by the housekeeper is not bad for outsiders. Because of the hygiene problem, she apologized in time and gave a small gift afterwards, but the overall sanitation of the hotel guest rooms needs to be improved.

The environment is very good. The room faces the ancient town of Taihu Lake. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. Xiaohui took the initiative to help apply for a breakfast, which is very heartwarming. The hotel's tiger park is downstairs, and the children like it very much 🍺

There is no bathtub in the parents' room next door. There is no refrigerator in the room. The TV cannot be projected. The sound insulation effect of the room is relatively poor, which may affect people with shallow sleep. Overall, the hotel service is not bad, but the hardware is a bit worse.
