新開的酒店，優點是設施很新，下午茶品質好服務好，還多送了一份水果和飲品。早餐豐盛幹拌麪獲得一致好評，小童餐具也齊全，小童樂園是最大的亮點，兩個娃玩得很開心。
不足在於9樓水壓不穩定，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，前台有點冷漠，沒有解決問題的態度和能力，我們帶着娃輾轉三個同級別房間，最後酒店林經理過來給我們升級了15樓的房間才得以洗上熱水澡，謝謝她和一直幫我們拿行李的小夥子。
服務比較欠缺主動性，套餐裏的歡迎水果一開始也沒有，小童洗漱用品也沒有，都需要客人去索取。另外還有點裝修氣味，期待改進。

因為家裡長者想去長興療養。我就選擇了長興的這家開元名都。主要還是信賴省內的本土品牌。加上這家開元酒店的地理位置在長興城區，安靜，交通方便。加上酒店內部的配套設施都很全。基本不用出酒店。
辦理入住和離店的過程都很順暢，工作人員很熱情。有求必應。入住當天恰巧是家裡長者的生日，前廳負責人還貼心的通知廚房準備了生日麪和小蛋糕。這是我們意料之外的。本以為酒店不會有什麼表示☺️

酒店硬件設施很新，停車也很方便。一進大堂包括走廊都香香的，很舒服，整體環境乾淨整潔，衞生方面也很好，服務員都很nice，晚上找中餐廳就餐，大堂服務員親自帶領到達餐廳，餐廳套餐性價比高，食材新鮮，味道還不錯。酒店的自助早餐品種多樣，還有當地特色小吃。美中不足，早上睡覺時突然被樓下除草機聲音吵醒，雖然時間也不是特別早，但也希望能顧及所有客人，建議放在午後比較合適。總體值得推薦！

酒店新的，比較乾淨。服務員態度超級好。有地下車庫，也比較方便，唯一不好的是健身房在隔壁那棟樓？！冬天健身比較冷，然後那個健身房的設備好像是盜版的，有點抽象

房間比較新，早飯也比較豐富。幹挑麪好吃的。
感覺是在工業區附近，有小商場可以看電影。外賣也很方便。缺點是，用水的時候不隔音，隔壁房間用水自己房間聽着哄哄聲。
酒店人員服務很好，點贊。
這附近有兩個開元，別導航錯。旁邊還有一個開元。
這裏去揚子鱷基地，大唐貢茶院都不遠。

對於這家酒店我真的不知如何來評價，首先三點半到了之後還不能入住，如果前台客人很多要排隊我能接受，問題是寥寥無幾的人，回答我沒房，算誰的錯呢！下午茶時間卻沒糕點了衹有飲品，那你們放出那麼多下午茶券幹嘛？當然要感謝攜程的協調，後面的一堆問題都完美處理，可是酒店真的很不給力，並不是節假日的原因，這個事先都有預判的呀，管理上無語😓，房間裏桌子下面的角落裡都是灰塵，暈
