房間挺大的，設施很齊全，也非常的乾淨，位置就在中心廣場，交通非常方使，環境也很不錯，不論是前台還是服務員，服務態度都很好。

非常糟糕的體驗！衞生條件堪憂，有一股黴味，浴巾上有黃色的污漬，地上還有上個客人吃過的檳郎！我真的驚呆！第二天早上和客服反映，説了半天才不情不願的來一句“不好意思”，感覺像是討來的一樣。另外隔音也很差，枕頭不舒服，晚上睡不好。

房間衞生極差，地板完全像沒有清掃過，還有明顯的垃圾，櫃子裏的垃圾更像是長年未打掃過的，床單上一塊明顯污漬，要求更換下床單，服務員告知我這個污漬沒有關係的，不需要更換，簡直是無語！！！小朋友沙發上摔下來了服務員在旁邊換床單竟然視若無睹，無語！一大早樓下廣場舞的聲音也是吵到根本無法入睡，房間隔音效果是一點都沒有

酒店特別好 房間很大 我們訂的景觀房 房間都是落地窗 視野很好 外面風景也不錯 房間衞生很乾凈 前台服務員很熱情 會很仔細的告訴我們停車場的位置 早餐廳的位置 而且還給我們介紹了周邊的旅遊景點 早餐種類很多 幹挑麪 小餛飩都很好吃 很滿意這家酒店 下次來長興還住這家伯爵酒店
