比較老牌的酒店，設施有一些陳舊可以理解並接受，但是管理水平與服務水平也如此低下讓人無法理解。
從攜程網上訂的這家酒店，允許帶寵物沒告知任何附近條件，到了酒店就要收200元按金，我説收多少都可以但是應該提前告知一下，前台人員説你去找攜程網去跟我們沒關係我們就得收，都不知道是什麼認知水平真是無語。辦完了入住也不主動給餐券，我去要居然狡辯説大部分都是第二天給，住過這麼多酒店見過服務差的，沒見過這麼差勁的，真是無語無語。

來長治旅遊因為帶着狗狗，所以選擇這個寵物友好酒店，雖然不是新酒店，但房間寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，連住兩天非常滿意～

寵物友好好評。房間收拾得非常乾淨，被品整潔舒適。帶寵物入住是需要加按金的，可以理解並支持。退房前會自清地面，小狗進窩窩不上床不上沙發，從我做起文明養寵。

衞生：房間乾淨，床品乾淨
環境：周邊都是小區，很安全，而且旁邊是交通大隊7支隊，
方便：te別意外小房間內的所有飲品都是免費使用，用完後還可以再補（老闆大氣，這是格局問題，以後生意會越來越好）
設施：洗衣機太臟了，下不去手
樓下有小花園，適合遛狗狗
這是家允許帶寵物的地方，雖然有按金（正常維護），但衹要寵物主人有規矩，就不會有大問題，按金也能快速退回（就是必須給我現金，説是公司規定）這點不太能理解 我用刷卡付按金，最後退現金

設施確實有些老了，房間的燈很昏暗，除了頭頂兩個燈幾乎沒有明亮的燈。停車場相對方便，還是可以。前台客服某位小姑娘面部管理不足，莫名甩臉子的表情，作為普通人對話或朋友對話可以，但作為陌生顧客，就莫名其妙引入不適，希望早日改進這不理智的情況。

長途自駕中途休息選的酒店，房間乾淨，尤其被子蓋着舒服，安靜，洗澡水也足，停車方便，早餐也很不錯，總之感覺住着很舒服。順便又去觀音堂看，也很震撼，非常好。
