出去旅遊經常住麗楓酒店，這家前台服務很好，房間也挺大的，裝修時間久了，設施比較舊，衞生間排風扇是壞的。屋裡衞生有瑕疵，桌面還有前面客人的果汁印，床上用品比較乾淨，麗楓酒店比較好的就是有消毒紙巾和馬桶墊。因為在比較繁華的地方，停車位比較緊張，後院有兩個酒店共用的停車場。早餐一般。

第二次來住了。
設施：很齊全，房間很大，有大浴缸，獨立的淋浴區和衞生間。床很舒服。
衞生：很乾凈的房間。
環境：地理位置很好，附近是城隍廟，出門左手是新華書店。
服務：很貼心。

房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，大晚上礦泉水喝完了，給前台打電話，立馬就送上來3瓶，還送了小零食和酸奶，商務出行和旅行，長治特別好的酒店，很推薦，👍

本來到店就已經很晚了 想早點休息 沒想到床單上上有不明液體 和毛髮後來聯繫前台給換了 然後是發現床尾床單是破洞的還是兩洞 ，床單破不破的無所謂換了就行，沒想到第二天退房前台發微信給我送個小禮物表示歉意 ，讓我點個好評 。好評就算了，竟然連話術都安排好了.哈哈哈

開始訂的另一家酒店，但是沒法停車且電話無人接聽。臨時改訂了這家，結果很不錯！酒店位置很好，樓下停車，床品四件套乾淨雪白，床墊和枕頭我很喜歡，很舒適！服務周到熱情，知道我喜歡泡茶，一下給我拿了好幾瓶水，推薦我們吃的川菜館也非常好吃。

槽點：
我沒法理解，
為什麼熱水都能不穩定，兩個不穩定，出水不穩定和水温不穩定。
我也不能瞭解
為什麼把沐浴露，洗頭水，護髮素給鎖住，都是大瓶裝，卡的位置讓你一衹手按下去，另一衹手卻很難塞進去接不住
優點，態度好，服務好，包括前台，早餐，後勤上來看熱水的大姐。幫忙升級大房，還送我小餐包。

衞生間洗面池下水很慢，可以説基本不下，房間沒有中央空調，衹有一台掛式空調，温度根本帶不起來，暖氣也不是很好，酒店的地理位置還行，服務可以，但是早餐太差，品種單一，牛奶都是沖泡的，衹此一次，下次不會再住。
